Since our products are entirely digital, there is no physical shipping involved. This policy explains our digital delivery process, expected timelines, and what to do if you experience any issues receiving your files.
1. Digital Products & Delivery
All menus designed by HMS are digital files, not physical products. Upon completion, we deliver the final menu in:
β PDF Format β Ideal for printing or digital display.
β PNG Format β High-resolution image format for sharing on websites and social media.
1.1 Delivery Methods
Once your menu is finalized and approved, we deliver it via:
π§ Email Attachment β If the file size is small (up to 10MB).
π₯ Secure Download Link β For larger files, we provide a Google Drive, Dropbox, or direct link.
π Client Dashboard (if applicable) β If you have an account on our platform, you may download the file from your profile.
2. Delivery Timeline
2.1 Standard Delivery Time
β³ After final approval, the digital menu file is delivered within 1-3 business days.
β³ If no revisions are required, delivery may happen sooner.
2.2 Urgent/Express Delivery
β‘ If you need your menu urgently, we offer priority delivery within 24 hours, subject to an additional fee. Contact us before placing an order for express delivery options.
3. No Physical Shipping
π« HMS does not provide printed menus.
π« No shipping fees apply, as all products are delivered electronically.
π« No tracking numbers are required since files are sent via email or download link.
If you wish to print the menu, you can use the high-quality PDF file provided and print it at a local or online printing service.
4. What to Do If You Donβt Receive Your File?
If you have not received your menu file within the expected time, please follow these steps:
πΉ Check Your Email Inbox & Spam Folder β Sometimes, emails with attachments or links may land in spam or promotions folders.
πΉ Verify Your Email Address β Ensure you provided the correct email address during order placement.

We will resend the files promptly upon verification.
5. File Access & Storage
πΎ File Retention: We store your finalized menu files for 30 days in case you need a re-download.
π File Backups: We recommend downloading and saving your files immediately after receiving them to avoid loss.
6. Refunds & Modifications
π Modifications After Delivery: If you require changes after delivery, additional charges may apply depending on the revision scope. See our Refund Policy for more details.
π« Refunds for Delivered Files: Once a digital menu has been delivered, we do not offer refunds unless there is an issue with the file format or an error in the delivered menu that was not requested.
