At HMS, we strive to provide high-quality menu design services that meet our customers’ expectations. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund request is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

🔹 Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

🔹 Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver your menu within the agreed-upon timeframe and there is no response from our team regarding the delay, you are eligible for a full refund.

🔹 Unsatisfactory Service (Before Final Approval): If you are not satisfied with our menu design and request a refund before the final approval stage, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

After Final Approval: Once the menu design has been finalized and delivered in PDF or PNG format, we cannot issue a refund.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind after placing an order and work has already begun, a refund will not be provided.

Customer Delay or Lack of Response: If you fail to provide the necessary details or revisions within the project timeline, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.

Customization Requests After Completion: If you request changes to an already delivered menu, those changes will be considered a new service request and will not be eligible for a refund.


3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide Order Details – Include your order number, payment receipt, and reason for the refund request.
3️⃣ Review Process – Our team will review your request within 7-15 business days and notify you of the decision.


4. Refund Processing Time

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
✔ The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
✔ Depending on your bank, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.


5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

HMS reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date. We encourage you to review our policy periodically.
